Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

The Izan XXL standing scratching post is a proposal created especially for large cat breeds and active animals that need a stable, durable structure. The solid base and massive posts with a diameter of 15 cm are covered with durable jute (6 mm), resistant to intensive scratching and everyday use.
The multi-level design offers both functionality and comfort – cats can sharpen their claws, climb, rest and observe their surroundings from a height. The scratching post is equipped with a soft bed and a padded platform with a cushion, which provides comfort even during longer naps. All material elements can be easily cleaned, which makes it easier to maintain hygiene.
