Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Pure Norway is a complete wet food designed for adult dogs, including those with food intolerances or sensitive digestive tracts. Its formula is based exclusively on sea fish - plaice, cod and salmon - which are a source of high-quality animal protein.
The food contains essential omega-3 and omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids, which support healthy skin, epidermis regeneration and give the coat a natural shine. Thanks to the elimination of soy, cereals and plant additives, the product is easily digestible and well tolerated. The content of 39.8% drinking water improves palatability and supports body hydration.
Happy Dog Sensible Pure Norway can be used as a basic meal or in combination with Happy Dog Flocken Mixer flakes, which enrich the diet with fiber and energy. The product is also great as a variety of a diet based on dry food from the Sensible line.
