Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Puppy Lamm & Reis is a complete super premium dry food for puppies of all breeds aged 1 to 6 months. The formula based on easily digestible lamb and rice does not contain poultry or gluten, making it perfect for dogs with sensitive digestive systems.
The recipe has been developed with the harmonious growth of young dogs in mind. The addition of New Zealand mussels supports the development of joints, ligaments and tendons. The balanced protein to fat ratio meets the needs of the developing body of the puppy. The product is based on the Happy Dog Natural Life Concept® , which provides natural nutrients supporting the immune system and metabolism.

Composition:
Dried lamb (20%), rice flour (19%), greaves, corn flour, beef fat, rice protein (5.5%), sunflower oil, hydrolysed liver, beet molasses (sugar free), cellulose, apple pomace, rapeseed oil, seaweed, linseed, New Zealand mussel shells (0.05%), herbs and natural additives.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve from 4 to 6 months of age. After 6 months, it is recommended to switch to Happy Dog Sensible Junior food. Divide the daily portion into 3–4 meals, can be served dry or after soaking in water at approx. 60°C.
