Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensitive Puppy & Junior Lamb and Rice is a complete wet food created especially for puppies from 8 weeks of age and young dogs. Based on delicate lamb meat and easily digestible rice, it provides optimal support for the developing digestive system and immunity.
The recipe contains 61% meat and animal products, including 8% lamb. It has been enriched with eggshells as a source of natural calcium and functional additives that support digestion and healthy development - including psyllium husks, rapeseed oil, salmon oil, powdered chicory, chamomile and yeast.
The food is free from gluten, artificial additives and preservatives, which makes it suitable even for puppies with sensitive digestive tracts. It can be used as a stand-alone diet or in combination with dry puppy food.
