Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensitive Puppy & Junior Chicken, Salmon and Potatoes is an easily digestible, complete wet food for puppies and young dogs, suitable from 8 weeks of age. The composition based on delicate chicken and salmon supports healthy development, while potatoes and rice provide easily digestible energy.
The recipe has been enriched with natural additives supporting digestion and immunity, such as psyllium husks, salmon oil, rapeseed oil, chicory, chamomile, yeast and mussel powder. Additionally, powdered eggshells are a source of calcium, supporting the development of bones and teeth.
The food does not contain gluten, artificial preservatives or dyes, which makes it suitable for puppies with sensitive digestive systems. It can be used as a stand-alone meal or as a supplement to dry food.
