Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.

The gluten-free formula based on chicken, salmon and well-tolerated potatoes makes the product ideal for sensitive puppies. Enriched with New Zealand mussels to support joints and herbs that have a beneficial effect on the digestive system. The special shape of the croquettes in the form of a heart facilitates chewing and supports digestion.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve from 1 to 6 months of age. After this period, switch to food for young dogs. Can be served dry or soaked in warm water (approx. 60°C). Divide the daily portion into 3–4 meals. Provide constant access to fresh water.
