Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog NaturCroq Puppy is a complete dry food created specifically for the nutritional needs of puppies of all breeds from 4 weeks of age. A balanced recipe with high-quality animal protein, whole grains, vitamins and minerals ensures healthy development of muscles, bones and immunity in the first months of life.
Omega-3 and omega-6 acids contained in the food support healthy skin and shiny fur. Herbs and natural additives support digestion and functioning of the digestive system. The food can be given up to 6 months of age (for larger breeds) or up to 12 months (for small breeds).

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve dry or after pouring fresh, heated water (approx. 60°C) and waiting a few minutes. The amount of food should be gradually increased every 2-3 days. Divide the daily portion into 3-4 meals. Remember to always have access to fresh water.
