Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog NaturCroq Mini Puppy is a carefully developed dry food created with the needs of small breed puppies in mind (up to 10 kg of adult weight). The recipe has been adapted to the rapid and intensive growth that characterizes small dogs in their first year of life.
A balanced recipe for healthy development
The food contains an optimal level of protein (29%) and fat (14%), supporting the healthy development of muscles, bones and the immune system. Thanks to the high digestibility of ingredients, the food is also ideal for sensitive puppies.
Natural ingredients from Bavaria
The formula is based on regional ingredients: delicate poultry protein, rice, corn and vegetables. The addition of dried herbs (parsley, cress, carrots) supports digestion and strengthens the body in a natural way.
High energy for active little ones
Puppies need more energy than adult dogs, which is why the food contains a sufficiently high level of fat and protein to support their daily activity, play and learning.
Small croquettes – perfect for small teeth
The kibble size has been specially adapted to the jaws of small breed puppies, making it easier to eat and encourage chewing, which also supports oral hygiene.
Nutritional recommendations
