Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog NaturCroq Rind & Reis is a natural, balanced dry food for adult dogs of all breeds. Its recipe is based on local beef, well-tolerated rice and whole grain cereals from the Bavarian region.
Beef provides high-quality animal protein, supporting the dog's strength and endurance. Rice is an easily digestible source of carbohydrates, and whole grains provide essential fiber, supporting healthy digestion. The composition is complemented by local herbs and plant additives that naturally support the dog's immunity and general well-being.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve dry or pour fresh, heated water (approx. 60°C). If additional snacks are given, reduce the daily portion accordingly. Always provide the dog with access to fresh water. The dose should be individually adjusted to the age, breed and activity level of the dog.
