Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

The food recipe is based on five easily digestible and nutritious protein sources:

This protein mixture complies with the natural needs of older dogs.
Easily digestible recipe – less burden on the heart and kidneys
Reduced levels of protein (23.5%), phosphorus (0.65%) and sodium (0.3%) reduce the load on internal organs, supporting the functioning of the heart and kidneys. The food has been additionally enriched with L-carnitine supporting metabolism and vitamin C , which strengthens immunity.
Balanced formula to support vitality
The addition of New Zealand mussels supports joints and mobility, and the herbal complex (including nettle, chamomile, rosemary, thyme) supports the digestive and immune systems.
Size adapted to small breeds
Mini kibbles are ideal for dogs up to 10 kg. The food does not contain wheat, artificial colors or preservatives.
