Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Supreme Sensible Andalucía 2.8 kg is a complete, gluten-free super premium food, created for adult dogs from 11 kg, which are extremely demanding, digestively sensitive or prone to food intolerances. This unique recipe inspired by Mediterranean cuisine combines delicate protein from Iberico pork (18%) , easily digestible rice and a rich composition of vegetables and herbs.
Iberico pork is a rare, highly tolerated source of animal protein that supports muscle development and is easily digested by dogs with sensitive digestive systems. It is supplemented with Mediterranean vegetables (zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, olive leaves), as well as medicinal herbs that support digestion, detoxification and immunity. The presence of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids , originating from sunflower and rapeseed oil, supports healthy skin and shiny fur.
Additionally, the composition includes taurine, DL-methionine and L-tryptophan , which support the functions of the heart, liver and nervous system. The food can be served dry or after soaking - in the form of an aromatic mash.
