Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove Salmon and Turkey 400 G is a full -time, unquestionable wet food for adult dogs, based on salmon meat (20%) and turkey (47%). The formula created for the natural nutritional needs of the dog, without the addition of cereals, potatoes, gluten or corn - also ideal for dogs with food intolerances.
Salmon is an easily digestible, highly absorbed source of protein and unsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids, which support development, metabolism and skin and hair condition. The turkey provides vitamins B3 and B6 and zinc, necessary for the proper functioning of the muscles and nervous system, with low fat content.
In addition, food is enriched with blueberries, cranberries and raspberries - fruit supporting immunity and urinary tract health. Salmon oil additionally supports the skin of the dog.
