Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove Dog Adult Ostrich & BlackBerries 300 G is a non -notor -free, full -time wet food for adult dogs, prepared for their natural nutritional needs. The formula in the form of a pate with pieces of meat and offal contains up to 85% of high quality meat, including easily digestible and hypoallergenic ostrich.
The addition of blackberries, a natural source of antioxidants, supports skin health, immunity and a dog's urinary tract. The lack of cereals, potatoes, GMOs, soy, sugar and artificial additives means that food is also perfect for dogs with sensitive digestive tract.
The product can be served as an independent meal or in combination with Carnilove dry food.
