Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove Cat Adult Fresh Chickken & Rabbit is a full -time, unavitched food created especially for adult cats. Her recipe combines fresh meat of chicken and dried rabbit - sources of easily digestible proteins that support muscle mass, bone health and provide energy needed every day.
Natural sources of omega-3 and omega-6, such as salmon oil and linseed, help to take care of healthy skin and shiny coat contained in karma. The addition of beer yeast, lanceolate grandmother, Jukki Mojave and Psyllium supports digestion and limits the formation of hair balls. Thanks to the use of natural plant ingredients, food also has a positive effect on cat resistance and urinary tract health.
The formula is free of cereals, potatoes, GMOs, artificial preservatives and dyes, thanks to which it will also work for cats with a sensitive digestive system.
