Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Junior Lamm & Reis 10 kg is a complete super premium dry food for young dogs of all breeds aged 7 to 18 months. The recipe was created especially for the sensitive digestive system of young quadrupeds and does not contain gluten, poultry or potatoes. The main source of protein is lamb, supplemented with easily digestible rice.
The product contains New Zealand mussels, which support the healthy development of joints and the musculoskeletal system. The composition of natural herbs has a beneficial effect on digestion, immunity, circulation and respiratory tract. Heart-shaped croquettes with a hole in the middle make it easier to chew and improve the digestibility of the food.
The formula is based on the Happy Dog Natural Life Concept®, which ensures nutritional balance and supports the harmonious development of the dog.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve from 7 to 18 months of age. Divide the daily portion into 2–3 meals. Can be served dry or soaked in water at about 60°C. Always provide access to fresh water.
