Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Neuseeland is a grain-free, easily digestible premium dry food created for dogs with sensitive stomachs and food intolerances. Its base is high-quality lamb and easily digestible rice - ingredients valued for their excellent tolerance and high absorption.
The carefully developed recipe also contains natural additives, such as herbs and New Zealand mussel meat, which support joints and overall vitality. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids support healthy skin and a shiny coat. The food was developed based on the Happy Dog Natural Life Concept® - a concept that provides holistic nutrition for dogs.

Nutritional recommendations:
The daily portion of food should be adjusted to the age, activity and condition of the dog. It is recommended to divide the daily portion into 2-3 meals. The dog should always have access to fresh water.
