Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Andalucía is a complete, grain-free super premium food designed for adult dogs looking for a varied, easily digestible and tasty meal. Its unique recipe combines high-quality Ibérico pork, easily digestible rice and carefully selected Mediterranean vegetables.
Ibérico pork is a source of easily digestible protein, ideal for dogs with a sensitive digestive system. Additionally, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids from sunflower and rapeseed oil support healthy skin and a shiny coat. A mixture of local herbs, peppers, zucchini and tomatoes improve palatability and support immunity and digestion.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve dry or after pouring warm water (approx. 60°C). Provide constant access to fresh water. The amount of food should be adjusted to the weight, age and activity of the dog. In the case of giving snacks - reduce the daily portion of food accordingly.
