Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove Dog Adult Pheasant & Raspberry Leaves 300 G is a full -time, damp premium class food in the form of a pate with pieces of meat and offal. Based on 85% meat, including easily digestible and hypoallergenic pheasant meat, was developed for the natural needs of adult dogs.
The recipe has been enriched with raspberry leaves - a valuable source of antioxidants with anti -inflammatory effects that support the health of joints, urinary tract and liver. It is an ideal solution for dogs with a delicate digestive tract or requiring health support. The food does not contain cereals, potatoes, soy, sugar, preservatives or dyes, making it safe even for sensitive dogs.
It can be used as a full -fledged meal or supplementing a diet based on dry foods.
