Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove Duck & Pheasant is a full -time, unquestionable holistic class food, created for adult dogs. Its unique recipe is based on respect for the natural nutritional needs of dogs as carnivores - therefore the basis is 70% wild meat: ducks and pheasant, combined with a beneficial mix of vegetables, fruits, herbs and natural health support supplements.
Duck meat is an excellent source unsaturated fatty acids pouf, which support the heart and circulatory system and reduce cholesterol. It is rich in vitamin B3, which regulates metabolism, and also provides vitamins A, C and valuable minerals such as iron, calcium and selenium. The pheasant complements the diet with vitamin B12, phosphorus and another portion of selenium - crucial for skin immunity and health.
Fruits and vegetables used in feed - including Apples, carrots, cranberries, blueberries and raspberries - these are natural sources of antioxidants and fiber. Addition salmon oil It provides valuable omega-3 and omega-6, supporting brain, heart and beautiful, shiny hair. The recipe also contains glucosamine and chondroitin, which help maintain healthy joints, as well as prebiotics and probiotics supporting normal intestinal flora.
