Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Brit Pate & Meat Beef is a full -time wet food combining cream pate with natural pieces of offal, thanks to which it satisfies the needs of even the most demanding dogs. The composition contains meat and beef organs and turkey, as well as salmon oil-a source of valuable omega-3 fatty acids. The food does not contain cereals, soy or GMOs, which makes it suitable also for dogs with a sensitive digestive system.
