Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

The Santo standing scratching post is a combination of functionality, durability and modern design. Created for cats that need a place to sharpen their claws, rest and observe their surroundings. It is distinguished by carefully selected materials: natural pear wood, 5 mm thick sisal and long-haired plush with a high grammage of 450 g/m².
The product is equipped with a cozy bed with a rim and a double-sided pillow, which ensures comfortable rest. Thanks to the removable pillow, keeping it clean is extremely easy - just hand wash. The slim design takes up little space, and at the same time fits perfectly into modern and classic interiors.
