What is the function of the prebiotic in Pharmox® Probiotica?

Prebiotics are a food source for the good bacteria in our intestines. They stimulate the activity of good bacteria. Prebiotic substances such as inulin are rich in fiber and support a natural and optimal intestinal flora. It helps your pet's intestines to digest food properly. The inulin contained in Pharmox Probiotica is extracted from chicory roots, which are naturally rich in prebiotics.

Composition: Bulking agent (mc cellulose), capsule (hypromellose), inulin, mixture of 10 probiotics, moisturizing agent (calcium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide). Does not contain: gluten, lactose, yeast, sugar, artificial flavors, colors and preservatives.

Recommendations for use

Administer the capsule whole or sprinkle the powder from the capsule over your dog's or cat's meal. The recommended amount depends on the weight of your dog or cat. If it weighs less than 10 kilograms, the contents of half a capsule will be sufficient. If it weighs 10 kilograms or more, you can administer the entire capsule. It is best to administer Pharmox Pharmox® Probiotica in the morning.

If your pet has difficulty taking the capsule, you can also open the capsule and sprinkle the powder on the food. We recommend moistening the loose powder on dry food so that it does not fall out of the bowl.
When taking antibiotics, probiotics should not be taken at the same time, but at least 4 hours apart or after completing the treatment.

How long can you use Pharmox Pharmox® probiotic?

Pharmox® Probiotica can be used daily. As part of the treatment, it is important to administer it to the animal for 4 to 6 weeks. Use probiotics after a course of antibiotics to provide additional support in rebuilding the intestinal flora.

If in doubt, consult your veterinarian first. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store out of reach of small children. Complementary food does not replace a balanced diet.

Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature (15-25°C). Store in the original package to protect from light and moisture. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the package.
