Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove Cat Adult Sensitive & Long Hair Salmon is a full -time food created for adult cats with a sensitive digestive system and long -haired cats that require special care for the skin, hair and digestion. The main component of the recipe is salmon-a source of easily digestible protein and valuable omega-3 acids, which have anti-inflammatory properties and improve hair.
Thanks to the presence of herbs, fruits and vegetables, food provides natural antioxidants supporting immunity. The addition of Psyllium, Juki Mojave and grandmothers supports digestion and helps to remove hair balls. The food is free of cereals, potatoes, GMOs and artificial additives, thanks to which it is also ideal for cats with food intolerances.
