Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove Cat Adult Sensitive & Long Hair Salmon is a full -time, unanimal food created for cats with a sensitive digestive system and/or long hair. The recipe is based on easily digestible meat and salmon fat-sources of valuable omega-3 fatty acids that have anti-inflammatory, support healthy skin and improve the appearance of the hair.
The addition of herbs, vegetables and fruits, such as apples, pumpkin, rosemary and thyme, provides support for natural immunity and cell protection against oxidative stress. Enriching the composition with natural fiber (Psyllium, Yukka Mojave, grandmother) supports digestion and facilitates the excretion of hair balls, which is of great importance for long -haired cats.
The food does not contain cereals, potatoes, GMOs, artificial preservatives or dyes, which makes it ideal also for sensitive cats with food intolerances.
