Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove Cat Kitten Healthy Growth Salmon & Turkey is a full -time, undbitary food created for intensive growth and development of kittens in the first year of life. The recipe based on salmon and turkey meat provides easily digestible protein, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals necessary for the proper development of the skeletal, muscular and immune systems.
The natural sources of glucosamine and chondroitin contained in the formula support joints and skeletons, and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids from salmon, linseed and chicken oil have a positive effect on skin and hair. The addition of grandmother, Psyllium and Yukki Mojave supports healthy digestion and helps in excreting hair balls.
The food is completely devoid of cereals, potatoes, artificial additives, preservatives and GMOs, which makes it ideal also for sensitive kittens.
