Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove Cat Adult Large Breed Muscles, Bones, Joints Duck & Turkey is a full -time, unzipheat food created especially for adult cats of large breeds, such as Maine Coon, Ragdoll, Norwegian Forest Cat or Savannah.
The unique formula based on easily digestible duck and turkey meat (up to 50%in total) provides valuable proteins and unsaturated fats that support the development of muscle mass and ensure the energy necessary for active and large cats.
The addition of chondroprotectors such as glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate and Zielonowiegowa mussel, supports the health of joints and bones - key in larger breeds. Salmon oil, linseed and olive oil are sources of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that support healthy skin and shiny hair.
The presence of fiber from Psyllium, grandmothers and Yukki Mojave supports digestion, natural immunity and helps to control the formation of hair balls. The composition is devoid of cereals, potatoes, artificial additives, GMOs and preservatives - food is also suitable for sensitive cats.
