Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.

Carnilove Cat Adult Large Breed Muscles, Bones, Joints Duck & Turkey It is a full -time, non -irbe at a view to the special needs of cats of large breeds. Based on duck and turkey meat, it provides easily digestible protein and unsaturated fats supporting muscle mass, condition and energy level.
The recipe contains chondroprotectors: glucosamine, chondroitin and extract from the New Zealand mussel, supporting the health of the joints and the skeletal system - crucial at greater load of the skeleton of large breeds. The addition of salmon, linseed oil and olive oil cares for healthy skin and shiny hair.
Natural ingredients, such as psyllium grandmother, chicory root, yukka Mojave and blueberry fruit, support digestion, immunity and elimination of fluff. Karma does not contain cereals, potatoes, preservatives or artificial additives.
