Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.

Addition nasturtium helps in maintaining a healthy urinary tract and presence L-methionine and low magnesium levels support the correct urine pH.

Method of administration:
Serve dry or slightly moistened food. Insert new food for 5-7 days, mixing it with previous food. Adjust the amount to body weight, activity and age of the cat. Take care of constant access to fresh water.
