Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

The Giorgia scratching post is a compact and elegant tower designed with your cat's needs in mind - from scratching to relaxing and sleeping. Thanks to its vertical form, it takes up little space, while offering a wealth of functions and attractions that will satisfy your pet's natural instincts.
The solid construction is made of damage-resistant jute with a diameter of 5 mm and soft plush made of polyester with a weight of 250 g/m². Sisal surfaces allow the cat to sharpen its claws every day without damaging the furniture. The upper platform of the "budka" type with a soft edge provides a safe place to observe the surroundings, and the padded bed lined with polyester fleece guarantees comfortable rest.
Thanks to its modern and subdued appearance, the Giorgia tower fits harmoniously into the decor of any interior – from classic to modern arrangements.
