Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

The Saul cat tower is a functional piece of furniture designed with the comfort and activity of pets in mind. The height of 64 cm and compact dimensions make it perfect for both small and larger spaces. The structure of the tower is made of durable materials: sisal, fabric and soft plush made of 260 g/m² polyester, which ensures durability and comfort of everyday use.
The tower is equipped with a soft bed and padded platforms that allow the cat to relax and observe the surroundings from a higher level. Ideal for playing, resting and scratching. Thanks to the folding function, the tower can be easily stored or moved, which makes it extremely practical in use.
The Saul model is a combination of comfort, aesthetics and functionality. The universal, grey colour fits in perfectly with various interior designs, and the construction has been adapted to the natural needs of cats - climbing, scratching and hiding.
