Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.

If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.

Method of administration:
Food should be given with dry or moistened water. Lead new food gradually for 5-7 days. Adjust the daily amount to body weight, age and level of cat activity. Always provide fresh water.
