Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.

If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.

How to use:
Shake before use. Apply shampoo to dry fur , massage evenly into skin and coat. After a few minutes, rinse thoroughly with water. After drying, brush the coat. If necessary, repeat after 10 days.
