Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).

The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

DOG'S LOVE Super Protect is a specialist blend of herbs that supports the dog's natural protective barrier against external parasites such as ticks, fleas and mosquitoes. Carefully selected pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, including rockrose, wormwood, black cumin seeds and lavender, work from the inside out, strengthening immunity and creating an unfavourable environment for parasites.
A formula free from artificial additives, preservatives and flavor enhancers, created with respect for GACP principles. The herbs come exclusively from controlled crops, without pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. The mixture can be used in dogs of all breeds and ages - both as daily nutritional support and seasonal treatment during the period of greatest tick activity.
