Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

BioThane® Light Brown Collar with Linen Powder – Premium Durability
The BioThane® collection collar is a combination of modern technology and classic elegance. Hand-made from original BioThane® tape, which looks and feels like natural leather, but is much more resistant to damage, dirt and external factors.
BioThane® material is waterproof, does not absorb moisture or odors, does not discolor under the influence of UV radiation and remains flexible even in extremely low temperatures. This makes the collar ideal for year-round use.
The fittings used are made of Czech brass casting – a durable, aesthetic and corrosion-resistant metal, also used in professional equestrian equipment.
Each piece is handcrafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. BioThane® is manufactured in the USA, in a single facility in North Ridgeville, Ohio, ensuring consistent, certified quality.
The collar does not cause abrasions or chafing, adapts to the dog's neck and ensures comfort even after prolonged use.
The product fits perfectly with the leashes from the BioThane® and Classy collections.
