Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).

The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

How to use the FURMINATOR® brush?

Use on dry hair 1-2 times a week for 10-20 minutes.

Always comb your hair "with the hair" - from the head towards the tail

Avoid brushing one area vigorously – use short, gentle strokes

Remove any knots before brushing – do not use a brush on knotted fur.

Once you're done using it, press the FURejector® button to easily clean the blade.
