Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

The bed is made of thick, pleasant to the touch plush , which envelops the pet like a cocoon, creating ideal conditions for relaxation. Inside there is a soft cotton filling , which provides adequate support for the body, while at the same time insulating from the cold ground. The enlarged XL space (56.5 cm in diameter) makes this bed perfect not only for large breeds of cats, but also for two or more animals resting together.
The whole thing has been finished with attention to detail - a decorative insert made of gray felt with beige embroidery gives the bed an aesthetic look. Ease of keeping it clean is another advantage - the product can be safely washed in a washing machine, which is especially important in the case of regular use.
