Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Combing the coat, especially in long-haired dogs, does not have to be a chore. The 2in1 FRANCODEX shampoo was created with everyday care in mind - it effectively cleanses the coat, prevents it from tangling and makes combing easier.
The formula enriched with glycerin and guar gum derivative cares for the coat, giving it softness, volume and a healthy look. The product has a neutral pH, does not contain parabens and is suitable for regular use, also for dogs with sensitive skin.

How to use:
Wet the coat with warm water, apply shampoo and massage thoroughly. Leave for a few minutes, then rinse. Dry the dog with a towel.
