Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Natural oral hygiene for dogs and cats
Proper oral hygiene for animals is key to their health and well-being. Francodex powder toothpaste is an innovative complementary food that supports clean teeth and fresh breath without the need for brushing.

Dosage:

Below 10 kg: 1 scoop per day

10–20 kg: 2 scoops per day

The measuring cup is included in the package. The animal should be provided with access to fresh water.
Composition:
Maltodextrin, algae extract ( Ascophyllum nodosum ) 3.75%, sage 2.5%, rosemary 2.5%, calcium carbonate.
Analytical components:
Crude protein 0.5%, crude fat 0.6%, crude ash 1.4%, crude cellulose 2%.
Precautions:
Product for animals only. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Use within 12 months of opening.
