Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Puppy – Huhn, Lachs & Kartoffel is an easily digestible, complete food for puppies aged 4 to 27 weeks. It has been specially developed to meet the needs of dogs in the main growth phase – especially those with a sensitive digestive system.
Gluten-free recipe, poultry meat and salmon, as well as easily digestible potatoes ensure optimal digestibility and absorption of nutrients. Enriched with New Zealand mussels to support joints and herbs supporting digestion and immunity, it is an ideal choice for the healthy development of a puppy.
The unique shape of the kibble with a hole facilitates chewing and improves the digestion process.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve from 4 to 27 weeks of age. Then gradually switch to food for young dogs (e.g. Happy Dog Sensible Junior). Divide the daily portion into 3–4 meals. Can be served dry or soaked in warm water (approx. 60°C). The dog should have constant access to fresh water.
