Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Junior – Huhn, Lachs & Kartoffel is a high-quality, well-tolerated food for young dogs aged 7 to 18 months. Specially designed for quadrupeds who are finishing their intensive growth phase, it requires an adapted energy value and protein.
Gluten-free recipe with nutritious salmon and easily digestible potatoes is ideal for dogs with sensitive digestive systems. Enriched with New Zealand mussels to support joints and fish oils and linseed - improves skin and coat condition and aids digestion.
Unique heart-shaped kibbles with a hole facilitate chewing and digestion of the food.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve from 7 to 18 months of age. After this time, switch to adult dog food. Serve dry or soaked in warm water (approx. 60°C). Divide the daily portion into 2–3 meals. Provide constant access to fresh water.
