Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Junior – Lamm & Reis is an easily digestible super premium dry food, created especially for young dogs aged 7 to 18 months. Ideally suited to the needs of dogs in the moderate growth phase, with a properly balanced protein and energy content.
The gluten-free, poultry-free and potato-free formula is based on high-quality lamb and easily digestible rice. Enriched with herbs that support digestion and immunity, as well as New Zealand mussels for healthy joints. Thanks to its natural ingredients, this food provides optimal support for sensitive dogs during adolescence.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve from 7 to 18 months of age. After this period, switch to adult dog food. Can be served dry or soaked in warm water (approx. 60°C). Divide the daily portion into 2–3 meals. Provide constant access to fresh water.
