Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog NaturCroq Flocken-Mixer 10 kg is a full-value, vegetarian mixture of cereal and vegetable flakes, created to be combined with meat in the dog's daily diet. It is ideal as a supplement to a home diet, wet food based on meat or in the BARF feeding model.
The recipe is based on highly digestible whole grain flakes (corn, wheat, oat), with the addition of peas, carrots, millet and carefully selected herbs. Rich in fiber and plant substances, it supports proper digestion and intestinal function. The mixture has been enriched with all the necessary vitamins, microelements and minerals, making it a perfect complement to meat meals.
Flakes can be given dry or after pouring warm water. When using low-fat food, it is recommended to add vegetable oil. Contains no preservatives, added sugar or artificial colors.
