Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.

Happy Dog NaturCroq Balance 11 kg is a complete, natural dry food for adult dogs, developed with a balance between high digestibility and full nutritional value in mind. Ideal for pets with a normal level of activity who need light, yet rich in nutrients food.
The recipe based on natural ingredients from Bavaria contains easily digestible animal proteins, cottage cheese (0.35%) , spinach, herbs and vegetables that support digestion and intestinal microflora. Whole grains provide complex carbohydrates, fiber, B vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, iron and zinc. The content of omega-3 and omega-6 supports healthy skin and shiny coat.
This food is also suitable for sensitive dogs - balanced, tasty and without artificial additives. It can be served dry or in the form of a mash after soaking in warm water.
