Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog NaturCroq Flocken-Vollkost 10 kg is a complete, natural dry food in the form of easily digestible flakes, developed for sensitive dogs and puppies from 4 weeks of age. Thanks to high digestibility and carefully selected ingredients, the product is perfect for dogs with a delicate stomach or food intolerances.
Special, stratified flakes from local corn are fully soluble and gentle on the digestive system. Balanced content of protein and animal fat supports healthy development of the dog. The formula has been enriched with carrots, pea flakes, herbs and fruits, which have a beneficial effect on digestion and immunity. The food contains all the necessary vitamins and minerals, providing the dog with a complete and tasty diet every day.
The flakes can be fed dry or soaked in warm water – creating a nutritious paste ideal for younger puppies.

Nutritional recommendations:
