Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Fit & Vital Junior 10 kg is a balanced super premium dry food designed for young dogs of all breeds aged 7 to 18 months. The composition includes five sources of high-quality animal protein - including poultry, lamb, fish and eggs - supplemented with easily digestible rice. The product does not contain gluten, which makes it also suitable for dogs with a sensitive digestive system.
The formula provides all the necessary nutrients and vitamins to support healthy development during adolescence. Calcium and vitamin D3 ensure proper bone and joint growth, while herbs and yeast support digestion and immunity. Specially formed kibbles with a hole facilitate chewing and digestion.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve from 7 to 18 months of age. After 18 months, it is recommended to switch to adult dog food. Divide the daily portion into 2 meals. Can be served dry or soaked in warm water (approx. 60°C). Provide constant access to fresh water.
