Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Pure Neuseeland is a complete wet food with a high content of lamb meat and offal (67%). The product was created especially for adult dogs of all breeds, including dogs with a sensitive digestive system. The recipe is based exclusively on lamb as a source of animal protein, which makes the food easily digestible and well tolerated even by dogs with a delicate stomach.
The food does not contain grains, soy or plant additives, and thanks to the content of vitamins and minerals it supports the health, immunity and well-being of the dog. The presence of 32.8% drinking water increases the palatability of the meal and ensures its proper consistency.
Happy Dog Pure Neuseeland can be fed as a stand-alone food or in combination with dry food from the same line. Additionally, it goes perfectly with Happy Dog Flocken Mixer flakes, which provide fiber to support digestion and carbohydrates as a source of energy.
