Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove Dog Adult Duck & Tymoty Grass 300 G is a full -time wet food in the form of a pate with pieces of meat and offal, developed in accordance with the natural nutritional needs of dogs. The recipe contains up to 85% meat (including 26% duck), as well as Tymotka Łąkowa - a fiber source supporting healthy digestion.
Hypoallergenic duck provides easily digestible protein, and herbs, fruits and vegetables strengthen the dog's immunity and overall condition. The lack of cereals, potatoes, GMOs, sugar, preservatives and dyes means that food is also suitable for dogs with a sensitive digestive tract.
The product can be used as an independent meal or a Carnilove dry food.
