Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Brit Pate & Meat Venison is a high, humid food for adult dogs of all breeds. It combines 44% of chicken meat and offal and 26% venison, which ensures a unique taste and high nutritional value. A delicate pate consistency with pieces of heart, liver and lungs makes food eagerly accepted even by picky dogs.
The formula has been enriched with salmon oil-a source of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids that support skin, coat health, and support the immunity and work of the nervous system. The recipe does not contain cereals, soy or GMOs, making it also suitable for dogs with sensitive digestive tract.
