Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Zolux Original Nature Easy is a natural teether created from deer antlers, cut along to provide the dog with easy access to an appetizing bone marrow. The product is intended for dogs with a weight of up to 20 kg, especially those with a more delicate crack.
The antlers come only from naturally dropped over the wild deer, collected in an adjustable and safe way for the environment. Without sharp edges - they were all carefully polished. The delicacy does not contain preservatives, dyes or artificial additives.
