Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

TX-S Smart 3.0L is a modern automatic feeder that combines functionality with care for your pet's regular meals. Designed for both dogs and cats, it offers remote control using a dedicated mobile app, so you can plan and control feeding even when you're away from home.
The device allows you to program up to 10 meals a day, and each of them can consist of 1 to 20 portions (croquettes with a diameter of 3-12 mm). Additionally, the TX-S Smart allows you to set a daily or weekly schedule - according to the individual needs of your pet. The innovative function of playing a voice recording with each feeding makes the animal feel calmer, hearing a familiar voice.
The device is equipped with a removable bowl and food container , which makes it easy to clean. The white color and compact design match any interior.
